wmc.img

a wmc.img file is a wmc file with three name-value pairs in its root array (in any order):

• a pair with the name width and a positive integer pixel width,
• a pair with the name height and a positive integer pixel height, and
• a pair with the name rgba and an array of 4*width*height u8 values representing the RGBA values of the image (in the sRGB color space).
